MODULE 1: WORKING WITH BUYERS: LIVE CLASS

Description: Purchasing real estate is likely to be the biggest and most complex financial transaction a person will make in their life. A trusted real estate professional is a strong advocate who understands the information and emotional support that buyers need throughout the process of finding and acquiring a home.  As an expert with local market knowledge, real estate pros should be well prepared to guide buyers through all the practical details and potential obstacles that may occur during the purchase process. You will learn how to guide your buyer clients and will fill a RPA contract during this class.This class has a prerequisite: Watch RPA class at Mulhearnacademy.com before this session.

MODULE 2: WORKING WITH SELLERS: LIVE CLASS



Description: In this class you willlearn how to represent sellers.  It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace. You will learn how to complete a listing agreement contract during this session. This class has the prerequisite of watching the recorded Listing Agreement contract class at Mulhearn Academy.com

MODULE 3: THE ESCROW PROCESS: LIVE CLASS



Description: You have a signed contract with a client. Now what? Understand the escrow process and connect your client with all the parties involved. Feel confident on what steps to follow so you can close escrow successfully.

MODULE 4: SCRIPTS: LIVE CLASS



Description: A real estate script is a pre-planned phone or text conversation designed to establish a connection with a possible buyer or seller. Learn the best scripts for different situations and practice them in groups in a non-judgmental environment!

MODULE 5: HANDLING OBJECTIONS: LIVE CLASS



Description: In this class you will learn the steps to navigating tough conversations & overcoming objections. You will learn to keep people from getting defensive, and to persuade taking the approach of an active listener. To improve your odds at converting real estate leads, we’re going to focus on one word: Commitment.

MODULE 6: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIES: LIVE CLASS



Description: social media and Canva workshop for realtors.

In this workshop, students will be able to learn how to create a social media strategy. They will learn what sources to use to generate content, including Resource Center and CANVA. We will also cover SOCI and ACE Social.

In addition, we will do an overview of the basics of Instagram and Facebook. We will learn what is a post, story, highlight, and reel.

In this class we will create at least 2 different templates in CANVA that the agents can use for their social media on a regular basis. The designs may vary from one class to the next. (These designs may include posts, stories, videos, reels, and other social media formats).

MODULE 7: THE LISTING PRESENTATION: ONLINE CLASS



Description: In preparation for all listing appointments every BHHS Agent will need to create a Marketing Proposal via Resource Center, a comparative market analysis via MLS, and Seller's estimated net sheets.  But how do the best BHHS Agents put all of these pieces together for a successful live presentation in front of the Seller? This course will allow you to watch a live mock Listing Presentation in real-time and gain insight into the best practices for interaction with Home Sellers.


In this course you will learn to:


- Showcase the value of your BHHS Marketing System to reach the maximum amount of Buyers for your Seller's listing.


- Conduct an in-depth review of your pre-created CMA with your Seller proving the true value of their home in today's market.


- Provide 3 unique pricing strategies with your pre-created Seller's Net Sheets explaining the pros & cons of your suggested listing prices.


- Professionally respond to Seller listing objections in real time with confidence.

Description: they are almost unlimited sources of leads in real estate. Most top agents focus on the CORE 4. this is 4 main sources of leads that you master and work consistently. In this class you will be able to learn some of the different sources and define your CORE 4.
