What he describes as negative should be considered in view of the overall value of the location, commercial zoning and property. I looked at the subject property yesterday afternoon'¦..BEAUTIFUL Commercial Site and already 'C-36'. You should call ------------ Nursery, Inc to see what the value of the Olive and Other Trees (are worth to them to buy) as many will need to be gone in order to maximize the future commercial site. ...(they) transplant (high dollar) trees all over Southern CA. ... There is major drainage (from the new roundabout) currently running thru the center of the property. This part should be 'studied and calc'd' by a Civil Engineer for a definitive answer for the method, costs and how it may impact the leach field.
