Licensing School

We offer real estate classes that can be finished in as little as 9 weeks! 

There are three classes that you need to take in order to obtain your real estate license.  The classes are:

California Real Estate Principles 
California Real Estate Practice 
One Elective class that you would choose from a list

When you come to work for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, we will refund your tuition on the close of your first sales transaction.

We provide full live sales training classes both during the week and on Saturday.  We have full time managers; a mentor program is available as well.

We currently have live lecture supplement classes in multiple locations.
